Dazzling Designs for Pageant Contestants
 


Jill Rowland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Columbia College and is a native South Carolinian. She has judged, emceed and participated in beauty pageants for 19 years.

It was Jill's love of beauty pageants and fashion that prompted her to open Dazzles in February of 2000.

Dazzles owner Jill Rowland has wardrobed hundreds of pageant contestants and has had winners on the local, state and national level.

Jill donates her time and services to many charitable organizations including: Project Pet, Sistercare, Walk for Life promoting Breast Cancer Awareness, Cinderella Project and many others.

Jill Rowland receives the Pageantry Magazine "Spirit Award" for her promotion of Good Sportsmanship at the Little Miss South Carolina Pageant in June of 2009.
